Summary

Genya Shinazugawa serves as a Demon Hunter within the Demon Killing Corps and is the younger sibling of the Wind Pillar, Shinazugawa Sanemi. In the early stages of the series, he possessed a short stature that placed him just slightly above Tanjirou Kamado. His appearance featured short, messy hair on the back with shaved sides, thin eyebrows, and a prominent scar spanning most of his face. Later, Genya returns with a significantly altered appearance, growing taller than most and developing a large, muscular physique covered in various scars. His hair also grows longer, reaching down to his neck, giving him a wilder look. Initially, Genya is characterized as foul-mouthed and ill-tempered, adopting a lone wolf attitude. He refuses assistance from others and displays no interest in politeness or manners. However, his demeanor shifts following his battle alongside Tanjirou, Nezuko Kamado, and the Love Pillar, Kanroji Mitsuri, against the Upper Moon demon Hantengu, where he becomes less imposing than before.
