Shouji, Shingo

Summary

Shingo Shouji is a member of the Night Kids racing team, piloting a red Honda Civic SiR-II (EG-6). He employs dangerous tactics during races, such as nudging rivals to cause them to lose control, and avoids standard downhill races in favor of a mutual handicap event he terms the Duct Tape Death Match. Shingo harbors a strong dislike for Takeshi Nakazato, whom he considers unfit to lead the Night Kids, a role that Shingo himself desires. Ranked as the second-best driver on his team, Shingo is also a childhood friend of Sayuki, the navigator for Impact Blue.
