Anime Like One Off

High school freshman Houtarou Oreki's only ambition is to live a gray life while conserving as much energy as possible. However, his peaceful existence is disrupted when his older sister, Tomoe, pressures him to prevent the disbandment of the Classics Club, which has no members. Oreki's troubles seem to end when he visits the clubroom and finds that fellow first-year Eru Chitanda has already joined. But even though his obligation is met, Oreki becomes caught up in Chitanda's curious and lively personality, eventually choosing to join the club on his own. The club's membership soon expands to four when Oreki's friends Satoshi Fukube and Mayaka Ibara also join. Driven by Chitanda's relentless curiosity, the Classics Club members solve the small but captivating mysteries that fill their everyday lives.

Takashi Natsume has always felt like an outsider due to his unique ability to see youkai. Shuttled between various foster homes, he grew up isolated and lonely, eventually shutting himself off from his caretakers and classmates after realizing no one would believe his experiences. Taking pity on the unfair life he endured, a god decides to reincarnate Hiraku in another world where he can live as he pleases. From encountering an anthropomorphic dog fortune teller to undergoing peculiar magical training from her older sister Akane, Makoto's peaceful daily life is filled with the unique quirks of witchcraft, which she shares with her friends and family.

Otonokizaka High School has been saved! Even though μ's had to withdraw from the Love Live!, their efforts generated enough interest to prevent the school from shutting down. Moreover, after the conclusion of the first event, a second Love Live! is announced, this time on an even grander scale. Given a chance for redemption, the nine girls reunite to sing their hearts out and aim for victory. However, as the school year comes to a close, the graduation of the third-year students draws near. While striving to reach the top of the Love Live!, they must also contemplate their future and decide what path the group will take. The question of whether to continue without the third years or disband weighs heavily on the members' minds, and μ's must quickly reach an answer with graduation just around the corner. Love Live! School Idol Project 2nd Season follows the girls as they laugh, cry, sing, and dance on their journey to determine the group's future and conquer the Love Live! in their final chance to compete with all nine members together.
