Synopsis

Continues the story of One-Punch Man

In "One-Punch Man," Saitama, an unremarkable-looking hero, spent three years in intense training to achieve his childhood dream, which resulted in him losing all his hair. Now, he possesses such immense power that he can defeat any foe with just one punch. However, this unparalleled strength has led to an unforeseen issue: the absence of challenging battles leaves him feeling bored. His routine is disrupted when Genos, a 19-year-old cyborg, witnesses Saitama’s extraordinary abilities and pleads to be taken under his wing. Genos proposes that they register with the Hero Association to receive formal acknowledgment for their heroic acts. Puzzled by how his identity remains a mystery despite his exploits, Saitama agrees. As he develops relationships with new allies and encounters new threats, Saitama joins the Association, hoping to reignite the passion for battle he once held dear.

In this installment

Following his victory over Boros and his forces, Saitama returns to his ordinary life in Z-City. However, the frequency of monster attacks increases, straining the Hero Association's resources. In response, the organization devises a bold plan to recruit criminals as temporary allies. During the initial recruitment meeting, a shadowy figure introduces himself as Garou, declaring himself a monster and launching a violent assault on the attendees. Garou's assault on the Hero Association intensifies, overpowering every hero he encounters. It is later revealed that he was once the top disciple of the renowned martial artist Silverfang, his motives remaining unclear. Nevertheless, this formidable foe appears unbeatable. Drawn by the mystery of this new enemy and motivated by a financial reward, Saitama decides to enter an intriguing martial arts tournament. As the tournament progresses and Garou's attacks continue, a major threat emerges, endangering all of humanity. Could this be the catastrophic event foretold by the visionary Madame Shibabawa?
