Fubuki is a twenty-three-year-old human Esper and the leader of the B-Class superhero group, the Blizzard Group, holding the position of number one rank within that tier. As the younger sister of the powerful A-Class hero Tatsumaki, she possesses psychokinetic abilities that allow her to levitate and launch objects at high speeds, notably utilizing her signature technique Hell Storm to hurl surrounding rocks at opponents. Physically, she is a tall, attractive woman with bright green eyes and shoulder-length black hair, often dressed in a long black dress, black boots, and several necklaces beneath a long fur coat. Although she is strong enough to qualify for A-Class, she refuses to advance her rank because she will not be the number one hero.
