Summary
Doctor Kuseno serves as the surgeon responsible for repairing and upgrading Genos. He was actively tracking down the cyborg responsible for destroying Genos' hometown. In exchange for Genos' promise to help hunt down and defeat that same cyborg, Genos begged the doctor to transform him into a cyborg.
