Tatsumaki is a 28-year-old human Esper who serves as an S-Class superhero with the second-highest rank within the Hero Association. She is the older sister of Fubuki. Visually, she is a petite woman with a youthful face, wide emerald green eyes, and hair that curls at the ends. Her appearance often leads people to mistake her for being much younger than her actual age. She typically wears a form-fitting black dress with long sleeves and four high-cut leg slits that expose her legs, paired with low-heeled black shoes. As the second-ranked S-Class hero, Tatsumaki is incredibly powerful, recognized as the most potent esper alive. Fubuki refers to her as a monster, similar to Amai Mask, noting that she deliberately remains in the S-Class to prevent weaklings from advancing through the ranks. Despite witnessing Saitama’s impressive power during their fight, Fubuki remains convinced that he is nowhere near her sister’s level in terms of strength and combat ability.
