After fighting in battle for many years, Dias returns home as a celebrated hero and is granted his very own territory. Yet when he finally reaches his new lands, he finds nothing but vast grasslands stretching in every direction—without a single subject living there. Effectively cast out to pasture, Dias has no idea how to build a life beyond being a soldier. That changes when he meets a girl with horns named Alna, setting Dias on the path toward becoming the lord of a frontier that may not be as empty as it seems.
