Witches suddenly declare war on humanity, unleashing chaos that devastates two-thirds of the planet. These witches summon entities known as "Supporters," which they use to assault human settlements, though their motives stay ambiguous. People born with the ability to fight the witches are banded together as Witch Hunters by the remaining population. Among these hunters, Tasha Godspell is notable, earning the nickname "The Marksman," and is accompanied by a Supporter resembling a "Jack-O-Lantern." Though Tasha fights against the witches, he finds it hard to truly despise them.
