In Whisper of the Heart, Shizuku Tsukishima, a lively 14-year-old, spends her free time reading books and writing poems. Intrigued by this shared interest in literature, Shizuku decides to find this mysterious boy. On a train ride, she follows an unusual cat that leads her to a charming antique shop, where she discovers a cat figurine called "The Baron." Captivated by the shop, Shizuku unexpectedly meets Seiji, and they quickly form a close friendship. As their bond grows, Shizuku learns about Seiji’s dreams, which stirs a sense of uncertainty in her about her own path and abilities. Despite her doubts, Shizuku’s connection with Seiji inspires her to pursue her own ambitions. Encouraged by the whispers of her heart and guided by The Baron, she commits to discovering her true potential and chasing her dreams.

They are soon joined by an elderly mage named Rowdy Gabriev, who was in love with one of the elves that were killed and also seeks revenge.

This release features opening and ending theme songs from the Ranma ½ OAV series, performed by DoCo—a musical ensemble composed of the show's voice actors. It also contains behind-the-scenes interviews recorded during the production of the Tunnel of Lost Love OAV. In "Megami Paradise," Mama Megami, the supreme mother goddess and ruler of Paradise, decides to retire and appoints the young sorceress Lilith as one of her protectors. Lilith’s initial duty is to recruit two additional capable guardians for the incoming Mama Megami. However, recruitment proves difficult when Stashia, one of Lilith’s top candidates, turns down the offer. Furthermore, Lilith fails to contact the second potential guardian, a brave warrior named Juliana, due to a misunderstanding caused by Stashia’s younger sister, Rurubell. Although Rurubell is eager to become a guardian, Lilith rejects her as too young and inexperienced. When Paradise is attacked by an evil goddess seeking to conquer the realm, Lilith, along with Stashia, Rurubell, and Juliana, must unite to fend off the invaders.

Toriyasu, a fifth-grader, and his little sister Meeko are in a panic after their dog Papadoll has been missing for an entire week. One evening, two cats whisk the siblings away to the distant feline kingdom of Banipal Witt, where Papadoll has been taken. Due to prolonged exposure to Banipal Witt's sun, Papadoll has mutated into a gigantic, monstrous dog. Under the control of the wicked Princess Buburina—who is cursed so that anyone she touches turns into balloons—the beast runs amok through the city. Toriyasu, Meeko, and their cat allies must find a way to reverse Papadoll's transformation and return all the ballooned inhabitants to normal before the next sunrise, or else they will be trapped in this strange world forever, sharing Papadoll's balloon-like fate.

Despite its name, this is not a feature film but the three-part OAV Battle Skipper (1995), directed by Takashi Watanabe before his work on Slayers. When the members of the Etiquette Club at St. Ignacio's School for Girls fall through a pipe—literally—they acquire the skimpy outfits worn to pilot the unfortunately named BSs, or Battle Skippers, which are state-of-the-art military mecha. As "Extars," the Etiquette Club members fight to rid the world of evil, which translates into combating the bizarre schemes of Sayaka, the nasty, super-rich president of the rival Debutante Club, and her subordinate, Todo. The series was created to promote a line of robot toys from Tomy, and viewers willing to accept high school girls' quarrels escalating into battles involving satellite weaponry may enjoy these silly adventures.

How much embarrassment can a group of four plus a penguin endure? There's the tough Aito, the alluring Rihoko, Choji in his red briefs, the heroic Fuusuke, and Hiroyuki with his cute voice. Seriously, who are these fakes trying to pose as the real Ninku? Yet the actual Aito, Choji, Rihoko, and Fuusuke find themselves overshadowed by these impostors who eerily copy their traits. When the phonies accidentally wander into a peaceful desert village, they unknowingly trigger a dangerous conflict—going up against the deadly Heaven & Earth siblings. Fortunately, the genuine Aito, Choji, and Fuusuke show up, making things even more complicated for the villains. Will the Ninku's unique magic-infused combat abilities overcome the Heaven & Earth siblings' powerful fighting styles?

In the land of Chungwon, gang violence and disorder have taken over. The most dominant among the rival factions is the Camelia Blossoms, who exploit this turbulent period to seize control of the country from its weakened government and simultaneously mint counterfeit gold coins, further damaging an already fragile economy. The sole beacon of hope for freedom is the mysterious Red Hawk.

The title, released alongside an ADV game by HuneX/NEC-HE, plays on the protagonist's dual identity as both a detective and an idol. It appeared in issues 1 through 3 of NEC's Anime Freak FX, a CD-ROM magazine that functioned similarly to a PC-FX game. A notorious hacker called Idol King is on the loose, targeting well-known idols by revealing private and embarrassing secrets from their past. The next idol in his sights is the beloved May Star.

This biographical animation is rooted in actual events and chronicles the soccer careers of Kazuyoshi Miura and his older brother, Yasutoshi.

This animated film draws on five selections from Tezuka Osamu's essay collection "Essay in Idleness of Insects," where he documented his research on bugs. While the volume largely consists of scholarly studies, it also features insect observation notes that culminate in literary insights tinged with mystical or fantastical overtones. Each of the five essays is rendered using a distinct animation style, and every segment is followed by a sequence showing the young Tezuka Osamu alongside a swallowtail butterfly named "Oomurasaki." The movie portrays the boy Tezuka Osamu frantically pursuing Oomurasaki with his butterfly net, along with the visions he encounters in his dreams. This piece was presented at the exhibition "Tezuka Osamu: Images of the Past and Future."

This OVA is a direct sequel released straight to video. In "The Ear of Jinsuke," a wandering swordsman rescues a noblewoman from evil spirits. "Prints from the Fall of the Bakufu" centers on a tomboyish girl employed at a woodblock print studio, who is tasked with producing a portrait of the young warrior Okita Soji.

In this touching anime, a real pelican named Katta-kun, who lives at Tokiwa Park in Ube, develops a special bond with Sho, a young boy left behind after his parents depart for the Middle East to work. When war erupts, Sho and Katta-kun journey to the Middle East with the goal of bringing Sho's parents home and ending the conflict.

Itsuro Kawasaki directed "The Adventures of Slaim," a short anime produced by Production I.G and screened at the 1995 V Jump Festival. The film adapts the manga of the same name by Osamu Kaneko.
