Catnapped

Synopsis

Toriyasu, a fifth-grader, and his little sister Meeko are in a panic after their dog Papadoll has been missing for an entire week. One evening, two cats whisk the siblings away to the distant feline kingdom of Banipal Witt, where Papadoll has been taken. Due to prolonged exposure to Banipal Witt's sun, Papadoll has mutated into a gigantic, monstrous dog. Under the control of the wicked Princess Buburina—who is cursed so that anyone she touches turns into balloons—the beast runs amok through the city. Toriyasu, Meeko, and their cat allies must find a way to reverse Papadoll's transformation and return all the ballooned inhabitants to normal before the next sunrise, or else they will be trapped in this strange world forever, sharing Papadoll's balloon-like fate.
