In "Lunar Legend Tsukihime," Shiki Toono wakes up in a hospital surrounded by strange black lines covering the walls and people nearby. With no memory of his past, he learns he barely survived a car crash that left a piece of metal lodged in his chest. Fascinated by the lines, Shiki follows one and discovers he can destroy them. Realizing he is the only one who can see these lines, he is given glasses to block them out and moves in with his relatives. Eight years later, Shiki returns to the Toono family mansion after his father's death. One day, feeling anxious as he leaves school, he meets a mysterious woman. Acting on an uncontrollable impulse, he uses his power to trace the lines surrounding her. When he wakes up back at the mansion, Shiki is unsure if the encounter was real or just a dream. "Shingetsutan Tsukihime" blends adventure, romance, and mystery as Shiki explores the secrets of his forgotten past, only to face the looming shadows of the unknown.
