In "Top Secret," a technology exists that can extract a person's memories—even spanning multiple years—after death and project them visually. This innovation becomes essential for solving complex murder cases by revealing the victim's final experiences. However, it raises ethical questions: does the deceased have a right to privacy, particularly when their deepest secrets are exposed to others? Also, what effect does it have on those who must relive the killers' horrific experiences, feeling the same emotions and sensations as they commit their crimes? Through this premise, Shimizu-sensei explores the consequences of re-examining the extracted memories of the dead.
