In "Haganai: I Don't Have Many Friends," Kodaka Hasegawa tries to get through his school life quietly. But he ends up crossing paths with Yozora Mikazuki, an oddly irritable girl who talks to herself. When they start discussing how to make friends, Yozora's overenthusiastic efforts lead to the creation of a strange club. As things take unexpected turns, more shy but charming girls join one after another. They spend their time playing gal games, swimming, and putting on plays. Will Kodaka, who got caught up in this situation without meaning to, manage to form real friendships? This flawed but very enjoyable story of youthful romance unfolds.
