At Suzaku High, Ryuu Yamada is known as a troublemaker and delinquent. After getting a harsh scolding for his bad grades and behavior, he notices Urara Shiraishi, the top student in their year. As Shiraishi walks up the stairs, Yamada tries to provoke her but ends up tripping and pulling her down with him. When he wakes up in the infirmary, Yamada realizes he has swapped bodies with Shiraishi. Confronting her, he learns that their accidental kiss caused the swap. With this newfound power, Yamada's chaotic high school life is only beginning.
