In this alternate take, the story follows the series' characters in their thirties, seen through Mami's perspective. She remains the only unmarried member of the group—Homura, Kyouko, and Sayaka are married, while Madoka is engaged. Mami enjoys eating, drinking beer, and is constantly preoccupied with dieting and shedding pounds; additionally, she works a part-time job. Because of this, Kyuubey has lately been remarking that "she's not the same as before."
