Chikan Otoko

Chikan Otoko is a socially awkward otaku with a perverse side who regularly visits the 2ch forum. One day, while returning from work, he is wrongly detained for stalking. Once the confusion clears, he learns that the girl he calls Miss Understanding has been deeply affected by a real stalker. Wanting to earn her favor, he extends his help. Unexpectedly, he finds himself growing closer to Miss Understanding and her companions: the lively Kansai and the innocent Loli Jugs.
