Landing a job at Delivery Eats in a quiet rural town should be straightforward, but there’s one major problem: the only delivery boy in the area is stuck with a regular customer who terrifies him. This woman has a fierce, intimidating look, and every time he arrives at her door, she just glares at him. Being an introvert, he makes a quick escape as soon as he hands over the meal. On the next delivery, however, she at last breaks her silence—and the voice coming out of her mouth is unmistakable. It’s the same voice he hears every day from his beloved VTuber, Hanae Fuwari! Even more shocking than that discovery is her request: she offers to pay him if he’ll just chat with her. What follows is a comedic story of a shy delivery boy and a socially awkward, scary-looking shut-in who get a second chance at their youth through the most unexpected friendship.
