In "Rainbow Days," the story follows four high school boys: Natsuki Hashiba, a hopeless romantic; Keiichi Katakura, who enjoys mischief; Tomoya Matsunaga, a well-known ladies' man; and Tsuyoshi Naoe, a clever otaku. They frequently struggle with their studies while spending much of their time engaging in pranks and navigating romantic endeavors. On Christmas Eve, after being dumped by his girlfriend, Natsuki finds solace when a girl dressed as Santa Claus offers him tissues. In return, he gives her a scarf intended for his ex. Upon returning to school after the break, Natsuki learns the girl’s name is Anna Kobayakawa, and she happens to attend the same school. Infatuated with Anna, Natsuki attempts to draw closer to her, but his friends often disrupt his efforts. The series was published in English as Rainbow Days by VIZ Media under the Shojo Beat imprint from December 6, 2022, to June 3, 2025. It has also been released in German by Egmont Manga since October 6, 2016.
