In the series Penguin Revolution, Yukari Fujimaru, a high school student, possesses a special talent: she can recognize future stars by sensing their unique "aura," which manifests as angel wings. Among her classmates is the striking Ryouko Katsuragi, who also has this aura, shown as a pair of small wings. Although Ryouko appears to be female, they are actually a male in disguise. To pursue her own ambitions, Yukari chooses to help Ryouko reach stardom.
