In the series Nyan Koi!, protagonist Junpei Kosaka suffers from extreme bad luck and a serious cat allergy. After angering a cat guardian deity, things get worse because he has a crush on a female classmate who loves felines. As a punishment, the deity gives Junpei the power to comprehend cats but sets a curse requiring him to grant one hundred cat wishes; failing to do so will transform him into a cat.
