After defeating Boo, Goku finds himself growing bored with his life on Earth. His wife, Chi-chi, insists he find a job, but all he desires is to train and face stronger opponents. Across the universe, the God of Destruction, Beerus, and his attendant Whis journey from planet to planet seeking food and amusement. After destroying some unfortunate beings, Beerus recalls a figure from his dreams known as the "Super Saiyan God," or something similar... The God of Destruction sets his sights on Earth to locate this enigmatic individual! Perhaps this will finally give Goku something to do?
