As a member of the elite group ITEM under the command of Mugino Shizuri, Kinuhata Saiai stands out for her relaxed demeanor. Unlike her chaotic teammate Frenda or the terrifying Mugino, Saiai maintains a mellow attitude, often enjoying bad movies and teasing others, particularly Shiage, by provoking reactions to sexually suggestive comments. She has a habit of prefixing her remarks with the word "super." Her psychic power is classified as Level 4 Offense Armor, allowing her to manipulate atmospheric nitrogen to form a solidified barrier just centimeters thick. This ability serves both defensive and offensive purposes, creating a layer of super-compressed nitrogen similar to Accelerator’s AIM vector shield. The armor’s resilience is demonstrated when Academy City’s specialized sniper rifle fails to penetrate it, merely knocking her back slightly. To ensure she always has access to her power, she carries a small supply of nitrogen with her at all times.
