Teletha Testarossa, affectionately known as Tessa, serves as the clumsy yet charming captain of the prestigious anti-terrorist organization Mithril’s submarine, the TDD-1 Tuatha de Danaan. Her personal life becomes complicated by her romantic interest in Sousuke Sagara, which creates a love triangle involving Kaname Chidori. Professionally, Tessa is a brilliant engineer, acting as one of the chief designers of the Tuatha de Danaan and the creator of Dana, the vessel’s artificial intelligence.
