Summary
Africanus, known as Scipio, was the Roman opponent of Hannibal during the Second Punic War and is thought to have died circa 183 BC. As a Drifter, he shares the same age as Hannibal and is frequently engaged in arguments with him. Scipio asserts that he is the ultimate victor because he won at Zama, adhering to the belief that a winner takes all. Despite their rivalry, he holds Hannibal in high regard, describing the Carthaginian general as being worth a million men.
