Alicia, also known as Florence, holds the rank of Prima within the Aria Company. Born on October 30 and standing 165 cm tall with blood type A, she is one of the Three Water Fairies of Neo-Venezia, holding the title Snow White. She is the only other undine in the company besides Akari. At the beginning of the series, Alicia is 19 years old and considered the most popular undine in the city, particularly admired for her graceful rowing style. She achieved the rank of Prima at age 15, making her the youngest ever to do so. Similar to Akari, she has a relaxed and easy-going personality, though she enjoys teasing people, especially her childhood friend Akira. She often says ara ara and giggles frequently, which annoys Akira. According to Grandma Akino, Alicia is an excellent undine because she has the ability to enjoy everything.
