Ooki, Taiju
Summary
Taiju is a close companion of Senku who harbors deep feelings for Yuzuriha. Possessing a robust and sturdy physique, he assists Senku by handling hunting duties and transporting heavy loads. Although he lacks a fighting spirit and primarily relies on blocking attacks rather than striking back, his enthusiasm for even minor tasks is unwavering, often accompanied by loud outbursts. His story takes a pivotal turn just before the world was petrified; after five years of hesitation, he finally prepared to confess his love to Yuzuriha. It was this overwhelming determination to never give up, born from the fear of failing to express his emotions, that allowed him to survive the petrification event.
