In the wake of neutralizing the threat within the Petrification Kingdom, Senkuu and his companions are preparing to confront the mastermind behind the petrification event, believed to be located on the moon. To accomplish this, they must undertake an ambitious space mission, demanding substantial resources and rare materials scattered across the globe. The Kingdom of Science thus sets out on a transcontinental expedition aboard the Perseus, equipped with cutting-edge technology and newly skilled recruits. Targeting America, the team feels prepared for the challenges ahead. However, they soon find themselves competing against rival factions that have mastered scientific techniques on par with or even surpassing their own. This becomes a battle of wits as Senkuu and his group strive to outmaneuver these adversaries to ensure humanity’s continued survival and recovery.

In "Dr. Stone: Science Future Part 2," Senkuu Ishigami and his allies skillfully slow down the advanced forces commanded by Dr. Xeno, leading to a ceasefire that creates Corn City in North America—a hopeful development for the growing population. At the same time, Senkuu and several companions hurry to the Amazon in South America, the area hardest hit by the petrification beam, to establish Superalloy City and continue developing their spacecraft. Even with persistent dangers from enemies, Senkuu and his group forge ahead through the treacherous Amazon jungle. Unexpected allies and revolutionary scientific breakthroughs advance their mission, bringing Senkuu closer to solving the enigma of the petrification event.
