Philionel El Di Seyruun serves as the crown prince of Seyruun, effectively governing the nation on behalf of his bedridden and infirm father, King Eldoran Seyruun. His immediate family includes two daughters, Amelia Wil Tesla Seyruun and Gracia Ul Naga Seyruun, the latter of whom adopted the alias Naga the White Serpent after fleeing following the assassination of Phil’s unnamed wife. He is also the brother of Christopher Wil Brogg Seyruun and Randionel Seyruun, and the uncle of Alfred Seyruun. Philionel holds a firm conviction in justice and identifies as a pacifist, yet he is willing to employ force when he perceives injustice. Although he lacks the magical abilities typical of the royal lineage, he possesses immense physical strength. He channels this power into oxymoronic, justice-themed physical attacks, including Pacifist Crush, Kindness to All Creatures Kick, Benevolent Giant Swing, and Goodwill Towards Man Smash. This raw power is sufficient to destroy lesser demons.
