Summary
Hikaru Tezuka serves as a dedicated member of the Library Task Force, beginning his tenure with the rank of Librarian First Class before eventually earning a promotion to Chief Librarian. He was drafted into the unit simultaneously with Kasahara, yet he quickly distinguished himself as the more proficient operative, demonstrating superior aptitude in academic lectures, clerical duties within the base library, and general combat effectiveness. Initially, Tezuka struggled to acknowledge Kasahara’s worth, deeming her performance inadequate against his own standards for the Task Force. However, he eventually came to appreciate her growth and development, ultimately becoming one of her closest friends.
