Summary

Takeshi Momoshiro is a second-year student in Class 8 at Seishun Gakuen, born on July 23. Standing 170 cm tall and weighing 58 kg, he is a right-handed aggressive baseliner who uses a PUMA ASPIRATION PT0631 0020 shoe and a MIZUNO PROLIGHT P10 Ti Hyper racket. His signature techniques include the Dunk Smash, Jack Knife, and Super Great Momoshiro Special. A fan of fried prawn burgers and strawberry coco sundaes, he enjoys listening to music and playing shooting games in his free time. He excels in Mathematics but struggles with English, favoring the color red and being attracted to active girls who like sports. He lives with his parents, younger brother, and younger sister. Although Momoshiro can be hasty with his emotions and perceptions, he is generally kind and approachable, which explains why freshmen are close to him and why he maintains friendships with players from rival tennis clubs. Initially viewing himself as a Singles player, he argued with Echizen over who would claim the Singles Three position, only to be surprised when they became partners and developed the 'ah-un' strategy. He transitioned into a primary doubles role, notably replacing Oishi during the Hyotei-Seigaku match against Oshitari and Gakuto. His final seen Singles match was a loss to Oshitari, which ended after he was struck by a pole. Despite his brash demeanor, he was recognized as the Trickster of Seigaku during the Nationals Tournament, having advanced his game to the point of subconsciously creating his own version of Insight, though not yet on par with Atobe's.
