Summary

Renton Thurston serves as the co-pilot of the Nirvash typeZERO and is the son of the deceased military hero Adroc Thurston. He harbors romantic feelings for Eureka, the other pilot of the Nirvash, dating back to their first meeting. Characterized as outgoing and emotional, Renton possesses strong ideals and compassion, though he can be naive and prone to acting without fully grasping the situation. Prior to joining the Gekkostate, he resided with his grandfather, Axel Thurston, in Bellforest, where he attended school and trained as a mechanic in Axel’s shop. He is deeply influenced by his sister, Diane Thurston, and holds onto the hope of reuniting with her. Despite the fame associated with being the son of a savior, Renton feels uncomfortable with his surname, which is recognized universally, and he constantly struggles with living in his father’s shadow. He previously viewed Adroc as a neglectful parent who abandoned his family to pursue his research.
