In "Eureka Seven: Psalms of Planets," fourteen-year-old Renton Thurston lives a dull, unfulfilling life. His only passion is "lifting," a high-speed hoverboard sport that gets his adrenaline going. Renton's dissatisfaction stems from his boring job at his grandfather's repair shop and the looming legacy of his father, a famous hero. Everything changes when a massive LFO mecha called the Nirvash crashes near his home. A beautiful young woman named Eureka emerges from the wreckage, asking for repairs. Drawn to her, Renton eagerly offers his help, and together they set off on a journey that will reshape their futures.
