Summary
Ranking fourth among Academy City’s Level 5 espers, Mugino Shizuri wields the Meltdowner ability and serves as the de facto leader of the underground peace-making organization known as ITEM. Her power allows her to manipulate electrons by fixing them in an ambiguous state that defies particle-wave duality, converting them into beams capable of melting down virtually any material. Although her appearance might suggest a gentle and kind demeanor, she is actually a sadistic, battle-hungry fighter who looks down on those she considers weaker. While she maintains a compassionate facade toward her teammates, she remains willing to discard them if they obstruct her path.
