Summary

Chrono Harlaown is a young officer serving the Time-Space Administration Bureau. In the first season, he wields the S2U as a storage device, while in A's he uses Durandal, an ice-type Intelligent Device. His personality is typically logical, though he occasionally makes jokes. During the attack on the Garden of Time in the first season, he demonstrates impressive control over shooting-type spells while aiding Nanoha, leaving her speechless at his skill. By StrikerS, he has risen to the rank of Admiral and commands his own ship, the Claudia. His mother resides on Earth next to Nanoha’s home after retiring. Fate’s habit of calling him onii-chan is the only thing that seems to catch him off guard.
