Synopsis

The Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha anime series draws its inspiration from an original video performed by hitomi, under the alias Minami Hokuto, that appeared in Triangle Heart 3: Lyrical Omocha Hako. Released on June 29, 2001, this fan disc expanded the adult visual novel Triangle Heart 3 with additional content including several visual novel-style stories called "mini-scenarios." One such scenario, titled "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha," centers on Nanoha Takamachi, a minor character in the main narrative. In this scenario, Nanoha is depicted as a magical girl, laying the groundwork for the later anime series.
