Summary
Chihiro Fushimi serves as the treasurer of the student council. She feels uneasy around men and harbors a secret love for reading shōjo manga. She is one of the romance options available to the Main Character. Her associated Arcana is Justice. Upon completing her Social Link, her Persona evolves into Melchizedek, representing the righteous king. Chihiro also makes an appearance in Persona 4.
