Summary
Toyohisa Shimazu serves as the protagonist of the story. Although he historically perished in the year 1600, his journey begins in a different era when he arrives in the new world critically injured. He is discovered by a group of young elves who transport him to the hideout shared by Nobunaga and Yoichi. Among the three Drifters, Toyohisa demonstrates the strongest willingness to assist the elves. His support is evident when he attacks the humans responsible for massacring the elves and subsequently convinces the group to execute the leader of those human attackers. In combat, Toyohisa primarily wields a long sword and carries a short sword as well. He also possesses a rifle, which he reserves for situations where the use of his swords is not feasible.
