Kongou, Mitsuko
Summary
Mitsuko Kongou is a Level 4 esper and a second-year transfer student at Tokiwadai Middle School. She possesses the Aero Hand ability, which grants her control over airflows. Although Shirai is familiar with her, she feels uneasy around Mitsuko. While she displays an arrogant demeanor and often looks down on others, she is generally willing to assist those in need, particularly her friends.
