These original short animated films are screened in the "300 Inch Theater" at the Tezuka Osamu World inside Kyoto Station Building, as part of a double feature that pairs animated works from Tezuka Osamu's major manga with one segment focusing on historical events in Kyoto. In this theater, the Phoenix serves as the narrator, introducing two films. The Phoenix selects a story titled "Old Woman" ("Oba-chan") from the many episodes of "Black Jack" to explore the theme of how much love can grow within a short human lifetime. The story features an apparently greedy old woman who constantly demands money from her daughter-in-law, causing her son and his wife to grow tired of her behavior. Unsurprisingly, the household is filled with constant arguments, and their once peaceful daily life seems to have vanished. After accidentally learning about the family, Black Jack discovers that the old woman once had her young son, who was near death, treated and saved by a renowned doctor who demanded an enormous fee. In reality, she has been paying off that medical debt over several decades. Out of her immense love for her son, the old woman dedicated her entire life to repaying the treatment. Unaware of his mother's sacrifice, the son feels relentlessly burdened and exploited by both his mother and his wife. But when he finally learns the truth, he is deeply moved by his mother's love, which valued her son's life above her own. Black Jack asks him whether he can love her as much as she loved him. Explaining that only love that is more precious than life itself can endure forever, the Phoenix then recounts a story about the relocation of the capital to Heian—a massive national project meant to infuse a city with eternal life.

Designed to accommodate up to twelve guests simultaneously, the experience employs Q-Ride technology featuring six-axis motion and VR headsets, costing 1,000 yen (approximately US$9) per person. Set in the Kuzan Republic, the story centers on the defense minister’s planned attendance at the Next-generation Weapon Coordination Council meeting. Before the event, they request a preliminary site inspection. Public Security Section 9, led by Motoko Kusanagi, assigns ride participants to both escort and secure the inspection route. Using the hexaRide vehicles, these individuals venture into cyberspace as Section 9 operatives to combat insurgent forces.

Presenting an alternate take on the final battle from episode 7 of Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, Banagher Links launches from the Nahel Argama piloting the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam Perfectibility to face Full Frontal in the NZ-999 Neo Zeong. This short WALL-E feature was shown alongside the life-sized Unicorn Gundam statue at Diver City Tokyo Plaza's Festival Plaza in Odaiba, Tokyo.

A man is stranded on a raft in the middle of the ocean, desperately in need of water. Fortunately for him, a few raindrops are about to fall from the raft's mast. Comic situations follow as the parched man tries to catch and drink those tiny drops.

The film "Kin No Tori" is a version of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale bearing the same name, "The Golden Bird." A golden apple is taken from the King's garden. The King commands his three sons to take turns watching the apples and identify the culprit. When the youngest son, Hansu, displays a feather he acquired from the golden bird that stole the apple, the King dispatches his three sons to capture the bird, launching Hansu's quest. Finished in 1984, this film was kept on hold for three years before its theatrical release.

GYROAXIA is a five-member band based primarily in Sapporo, known for their exceptional talent. Although they decided to move their activities to Tokyo, persistent internal conflicts prevented them from functioning as a cohesive unit. Amidst this turmoil, rumors of their disbanding began circulating online, leading the members to drift apart. While the group fractures, vocalist Nayuta Asahi finds himself recalling his childhood and his time with Koga Iryuu, the father who abandoned him. Nayuta struggles to understand why he cannot stop making music and why he remains tied to the band despite the chaos.

The second Youkai Watch movie follows Keita as he frees Whisper, a ghost-like yokai, from 190 years of imprisonment. In gratitude, Whisper vows to protect Keita from supernatural threats and grants him a special watch that allows him to see other yokai. Gripping the controls of their lightweight Nakajima Ki-43 Hayabusa fighters, these falcon-like women engage in a perilous game of escort, where even a single misstep can lead to a fiery crash or a collision in midair. Yet for predators of the sky such as Kylie, Reona, Chika, Emma, Kate, and Zara, the risk is worthwhile for the chance to spread their wings and ascend into the heavens.

In Yawara! Sore Yuke Koshinuke Kids!!, Yawara assists a group of timid elementary school students in conquering their anxieties so they can join a judo competition. Reign: The Conqueror, released in Japan in 1999 under the title Alexander Senki (アレクサンダー戦記 Arekusandā Senki), offers a reimagined account of Alexander the Great's life, inspired by Hiroshi Aramata's novel. The series was designed as an ambitious international production, tapping into the full scope of the global adult animation industry. Character and setting designs were handled by Peter Chung, the Korean-American animator celebrated for Aeon Flux, while Korean animation teams carried out the majority of the production work.

Long ago, in the village of Ikuta, a beautiful maiden named Unai-Otome lived. Her charm naturally drew two suitors, each deeply and earnestly in love with her. Tomorrow's Leaves is a special production created for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, commissioned by the Olympic Foundation for Culture and Heritage (OFCH) and animated by Studio Ponoc. Each year, the message leaf arrives, but this time its appearance stirs unease—something is clearly amiss. The leaf, normally bright and enduring, quickly loses its colour, then suddenly wilts and crumbles. Five envoys, each hailing from a different land, are sent to investigate the cause. Guided by tiny, unobtrusive spirits, they journey to a distant country. Each envoy has unique strengths and vulnerabilities. Along the way, they both rival and support one another, drawing closer to their destination while overcoming perilous terrain and difficult conditions. Through athletic challenges and sport's power to unite, they discover the positive fundamental values that come from playful competition. United, the envoys approach the source of the message leaf. Can they restore life to a future in peril? Note: The film premiered early on June 14, 2021 at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival, ahead of the cultural programme at Tokyo 2020. It also premiered at the Tokyo Skytree Round Theater on July 12, 2021.

PriPara Movie: Minna Atsumare! Prism☆Tours is a theatrical feature built around the characters of the PriPara franchise, which began its run in Japanese cinemas on March 7th, 2015. The story centers on Laala Manaka as she uncovers the top idol journey undertaken by Saints. In addition to the PriPara stage performances, the movie also presents the travels of characters across every series in the Pretty Rhythm franchise. At a certain point in the film, the cast is presented with a selection of four doors. From here, the movie branches into one of four possible routes determined by the audience's choice. Each route revisits different portions of the earlier Pretty Rhythm series, primarily reintroducing their various characters and performances. Since Laala and her companions can only pass through a single door per viewing, the film must be watched four separate times in order to see every door option.
