While helping organize a community music festival, Kyousuke accidentally swaps bodies with a famous idol after bumping into them. He must find a way to return to his original body and keep his secret until the festival's performance. Kyousuke has a disturbing dream where Akane tries to seduce him, making him uncomfortable with such inappropriate thoughts. He is even more shocked when Akane suggests they pretend to be boyfriend and girlfriend in front of her friends. Madoka's father returns to Japan for a performance, giving her a rare chance to see him. However, Madoka becomes upset when she sees him with another woman, leading to emotional turmoil.

In the second installment of the Mobile Suit SD Gundam series, the comedy is turned up even higher. The segment titled "The Rolling Colony Affair" takes place in a space colony where a cabaret show featuring the Gundam girls is being held, but things quickly fall apart when both men and mobile suits become overly obsessed with them, causing the colony to go into an uncontrolled spin. The story begins when Hayato, a soccer enthusiast, and his girlfriend Yumi, an aspiring musician, pay a visit to Dr. Leonard's lab. They accidentally activate the Tondekeman, a funny talking kettle that transports them many centuries into the past. In Baghdad, Hayato and Yumi are reunited but become separated from the Tondekeman. They encounter Aladdin, Prince Dandarn, and Princess Shalala. They also meet the cunning Abdullah, who is always ready to kidnap the princess so that he can marry her to his master. Our heroes travel to different places and times, meeting several historical and literary figures as they pursue Abdullah through time to prevent him from abducting the princess. Hayato and Yumi are stranded in the past until they can retrieve the Tondekeman from Abdullah's possession.

Based on the romantic manga "Koiko no Mainichi" by George Akiyama, originally serialized in Weekly Manga Goraku, this story wavers between dramatic and comedic tones. It centers on Shinjuku gangster Sabu and his wife Koiko as they attempt to lead a normal life amid the turmoil of gang activities and criminal entanglements. After Koiko saves his life, Sabu's gang leader, Tominaga, becomes infatuated with her and begins placing Sabu in dangerous situations, hoping to get him imprisoned. This scheme provides Tominaga with a pretext to "look after" Koiko while Sabu is incarcerated.

His department head is his most frequent target, though anyone or anything can fall prey to his biting irony and sarcasm. The story has no distinct beginning or ending, but it is arranged chronologically, following the progression of the seasons.
