Synopsis
Based on the four-panel yonkoma manga by Ueda Masashi, serialized in Weekly Manga Action, this series follows the comedic daily life of Kariage-kun. Whether he is mortifying his department head by announcing the man's hemorrhoids over a public park's PA system, or disappointing an entire neighborhood with a notice promising a fireworks display that turns out to be nothing more than him holding a single small firework, Kariage-kun never fails to stir up trouble. His department head is his most frequent target, though anyone or anything can fall prey to his biting irony and sarcasm. The story has no distinct beginning or ending, but it is arranged chronologically, following the progression of the seasons.
