Continues the story of Spy x Family Part 2
With Anya Forger now attending the elite Eden Academy, Operation Strix advances to its next phase. To approach Ostanian politician Donovan Desmond, Anya must either befriend his son Damian or accumulate eight Stella Stars to achieve Imperial Scholar status. Luckily, she has already secured her first star. To mark this success, her adoptive father Loid promises to help her find a dog. While searching for a canine companion, Loid receives fresh directives from his handlers. Intelligence indicates that Berlint University students intend to assassinate Westalis' Minister Brantz using dogs equipped with explosives. As Loid moves to stop the plot, Anya stumbles upon the terrorists' base by chance. There, she bonds with a gentle, clairvoyant dog, whom the family subsequently names Bond. Although they continue to conceal their true identities, the Forgers—now expanded with their new furry member—navigate various odd challenges while maintaining their unity.

Loid's covert assignment, Operation Strix, seeks to avert war by collecting crucial intelligence and infiltrating the circle of influential politician Donovan Desmond. The mission's outcome hinges on Anya's performance; she must excel academically to earn the title of Imperial Scholar at her prestigious academy or befriend Damian, Donovan's son. Despite the difficulty of these objectives, Anya approaches her role with fierce determination, motivated by her wish to maintain global peace.
