Continues the story of Spy x Family Season 2
In the animated series Spy x Family Season 2, Anya Forger, a girl with telepathic powers, is aware of the concealed realities defining her peculiar household. Her adoptive father, Loid, works under the codename Twilight as an elite spy, while her mother, Yor, is the notorious assassin known as Thorn Princess. Their pet dog, Bond, possesses the ability to foresee the future. Although each member keeps their true profession secret from the others, this fabricated family unit provides Anya with the affection and stability she lacked during her time as an orphan. Loid's covert assignment, Operation Strix, seeks to avert war by collecting crucial intelligence and infiltrating the circle of influential politician Donovan Desmond. The mission's outcome hinges on Anya's performance; she must excel academically to earn the title of Imperial Scholar at her prestigious academy or befriend Damian, Donovan's son. Despite the difficulty of these objectives, Anya approaches her role with fierce determination, motivated by her wish to maintain global peace.

Operation Strix continues its steady advance toward obtaining vital intelligence on the elusive political figure, Donovan Desmond. As part of this mission, Loid Forger successfully maintains his facade as the father of his telepathic daughter, Anya, his wife who is actually an assassin named Yor, and their clairvoyant dog, Bond. Only Anya knows the true identities of her family members and strives to keep the charade intact while also attempting to build a friendship with Damian, Donovan’s son and her classmate at Eden Academy. Anya's efforts to befriend Damian result in her receiving yet another Tonitrus Bolt, bringing her closer to expulsion and jeopardizing the success of Operation Strix. Upon hearing this news, Loid collapses in shock. In his unconscious state, he reflects on his sorrowful past and the path that led him to become a spy. Realizing the significance of Operation Strix both for himself and for the world, Loid regains his determination. Despite pursuing individual hidden agendas, the Forger family continues to value their tumultuous yet deeply cherished family life.
