Synopsis

The following day brings a rare total solar eclipse that won't occur again in the Alola Region for over three hundred years. After learning about it, Satoshi decides to join Mamane on Eclipse Island, the perfect location to observe the eclipse. On the island, they encounter Fred, an experienced "Solar Eclipse Hunter" who pursues eclipses around the globe. Together, they get ready to watch the event, but cloud cover could ruin their view. Determined to see it, Satoshi and the group opt to climb a nearby mountain peak in hopes of clearer skies. Elsewhere, Rocket-Dan members find out that rare Pokémon appear during solar eclipses and aim to capture them, along with Pikachu. They slip away from Kiteruguma's nest and head for the mountain to intercept Satoshi and friends. Amid the commotion, the solar eclipse begins unexpectedly. Will Satoshi and his companions still be able to witness this extraordinary alignment of celestial bodies? Get ready to experience the breathtaking dance between the sun and moon!
