Synopsis
A sudden, unnatural snowstorm blankets Tokyo, prompting the Sailor Senshi to investigate and discover the Snow Queen Kaguya's sinister plan to freeze the entire world. The combined forces of the Inner and Outer Sailor Senshi unite to stop her. Meanwhile, Luna finds herself developing romantic feelings for a human astronomer named Kakeru, whose girlfriend is scheduled to leave on a space shuttle mission. As Kakeru's health deteriorates, Luna considers wishing to become human in order to help him more effectively.
