Synopsis
As the Karasuno volleyball team prepares for their Tokyo training camp, Shouyou Hinata and Tobio Kageyama find themselves in an unexpected predicament—they fail their final exams. Since the makeup tests are scheduled during the same period as the training camp, the two frantically plead with the vice principal for an exception, only to be turned down. With no other option available, the remaining team members come up with a variety of creative plans to help Shouyou and Tobio pass their exams so they can still participate in the camp.
Background
Haikyuu!! vs. Akaten was screened at Jump Festa 2015 on November 3, 2015. It was later bundled with the limited edition of the manga's 21st volume, which was released on May 2, 2016.
