Synopsis
In Tokyo, Rinka Urushiba works part-time as a waitress to help support her unemployed father. Her everyday life is interrupted when she spots a flying penguin. Chasing it to a rooftop, she notices other strange phenomena, including airborne goldfish, and runs into her classmate Kyoutarou Azuma, who can also see these oddities. After a goldfish passes through her body and she faints, Rinka awakens with the ability to phase through solid objects. Along with this new power, Rinka’s hair turns white whenever she uses it. Though initially reluctant, she decides to use her ability to help the city, taking on the alias of the "White Girl." Teaming up with Kyoutarou, who gains teleportation powers, Rinka starts tackling the city’s problems while fighting other espers with harmful intentions.
