Synopsis

At a New York auction, Lupin lifts a ring, with Zenigata in close pursuit—alongside a gun-toting former-KGB thug named Nabikov. Nabikov answers to Cynthia, the woman in charge of the BOW: Bank of the World. Cynthia knows the ring is actually a key that leads to a remarkable brooch once worn by conquerors of old. The brooch is rumored to have granted them extraordinary abilities, elevating them beyond ordinary men and women and enabling them to leave their stamp on history.
