Synopsis

After his father is transferred for work, high school freshman Koutarou Satomi needs to find cheap lodgings. He happily lands Room 106 at Corona House for just five thousand yen per month. At first everything goes smoothly, but his life is turned upside down when he stumbles upon a strange cave while working his part-time job. The very next night, a group of mysterious figures appears at his doorstep, each one claiming they have the right to his apartment. They include Sanae Higashihongan—a ghost insisting the room is haunted—a magical girl named Yurika, Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe who is an alien princess, and Kiriha Kurano, an heir to the Earth People bloodline. Every girl has her own personal reasons for needing Koutarou’s room, and none of them are willing to give in. Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? is a comedic story about four supernatural girls competing for a tiny living space, mixed with typical high school romance and a surprisingly kind landlady.
